The internship programs at PepsiCo help students and interns to learn, develop and grow by laying the foundation that allows them to learn twice as much in half the time. Interns at PepsiCo get a chance to go beyond boundaries and act as trend-setters. They get to polish their skills by managing relevant projects designed to build a solid foundation and provide them the capacity to reach anywhere.
The internships at PepsiCo are varied and each program requires a different set of skills and qualifications. In general, though, the company is looking for candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree program from a recognized school or university and possess sound leadership qualities. PepsiCo also prefers candidates with prior experience in a consumer goods corporation. Eligible candidates must also be highly result-oriented, passionate, and hardworking.
The candidates must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in the management field.
