The Center for Public Integrity’s mission is to serve the people by revealing abuses of power, exploitation, and deception of public trust by powerful public and private institutions, all by using the tools of investigative journalism. Interns will be trained and mentored by a fellow journalist to strengthen their data journalism skills. Interns will use data, technology, and design to produce journalism that investigates powerful special interests. Interns will work on a team and use data to report and tell stories.
Eligibility
Early-career journalists are welcome to apply. Exposure to data, code, design, and journalism is preferred.Compensation / Benefits
