Program Overview
Our internship program is designed to give students visibility and exposure into the day-to-day activities of key business units within Guggenheim Partners. The program includes training, mentoring, performance evaluations, networking opportunities, social events, and a speaker series.
Guggenheim Partners recruits candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds, a high degree of motivation, strong interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a team-oriented mentality.
During the internship period, interns gain valuable experience through training, mentorships and company events. The Summer Associate internship is currently available only in New York and Houston.
