Humana’s goal is to align interns experience with their passions. Interns will be placed in a 12-week internship program that is fast-paced and uses their related skills to assist Humana.

Humana hires interns in the following fields Information Technology, Actuarial, Analytics, and Finance and Accounting.
Interns must have an interest in pursuing a technology-focused career and be a student pursuing a degree in a related field.
Students need to have knowledge and an understanding of current information and software development technologies and concepts and can work full-time in Louisville for 12 weeks during the summer.
Past interns have built solutions using Hadoop, Spark Scala, BI Tools, Android, iOS, and more. Solutions developed by past and current interns are accessible by over 40,0000 Humana associates.
