USA DHS updated new rules on H-2B Visas & Recruitment conditions to employers

The NPRM office on the rule making for the Employers in USA on hiring the non-immigrant & non agriculture workers recruitment regulations is updated in USA with revised and updated regulations. The Department of Homeland security (DHS) & Department of Labor affairs (DOL) offices have corroborated this new rulings to make way for the native USA workers benefit from the recruitment before the employers hiring the H2B visa applicants. The Earlier rule of mandatory recruitment advertisement in paper/print medium is being replaced to be published as recruitment ad in Internet as this would have relative higher geographical reach to facilitate the USA workers in recruitment. Along with these there are many regulations on H2B Visas that offices made available in internet medium.
