  • Education: Associate degree or 1-2 years of Vocational Technical Training or current sophomore or junior undergraduates pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited college or university, preferably majoring in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial/System Engine

Requirements
  • Prior internship or co-op experience (preferred but not necessary)  

  • Computer efficiency required with Microsoft Suite

  • Ability to work in cloud-based platforms and to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from internal partners to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated leadership potential 

  • Perform assigned tasks between our Corporate office and Zone/Branch Management 

  • Schedule meetings to coincide with data collection timeline requirements, including sending reminder emails and meeting invites with stakeholders if timelines are not met

  • Point of contact regarding specific data collection processes

  • Track data and omissions of provided data based on schedule

Requirements:
  • Participating in hands-on assignments where you will tackle real-world manufacturing challenges, enhance productivity, improve operations, drive efficiency and sustainability, and fuel the growth of our business and strategic partnerships with vendors and customers.

  • Contributing to manufacturing operations activities specifically related to our low and medium-voltage technology and solutions for power systems. 

  • Potential projects include: supervising production processes, process improvement using LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies, project management, quality assurance, materials management, purchasing and procurement, resource planning, and warehouse and distribution center supervision.
